Visa Information & Entry Requirements
International exhibitors and delegates travelling to Tanzania must confirm their individual entry requirements. While many nationalities are eligible for an online e-Visa, delegates should consult the official Tanzania Immigration Department portal prior to booking flights.
Official Visa Invitation Letters
Confirmed exhibitors requiring an official organizer invitation letter for consular processing can request one upon confirmation of their booth space booking. Our secretariat coordinates with the relevant trade ministries to support your application.
Stand Construction & Space Options
Exhibitors can select between a turnkey Shell Scheme package (complete with branded fascia board, standard carpet, spotlights, power points, and furniture) or Raw Bare Space for custom-fabricated pavilions and heavy machinery displays.
Customs Clearance & Freight Logistics
Dar es Salaam Port handles approximately 95% of Tanzania's international trade. Official on-site freight forwarding partners, bonded warehouse options, and temporary customs clearance procedures will be released to all confirmed exhibitors.
Hospitality & Corporate Hotel Bookings
Special corporate tariffs with vetted partner hotels in central Dar es Salaam — featuring airport shuttle services and direct connectivity to Diamond Jubilee Hall — will be published shortly.
Technical Exhibitor Manual
The definitive show manual containing move-in schedules, technical electrical load allowances, heavy plant offloading schedules, and security protocols will be distributed directly to registered booth holders.
On-Site Hall Services & Utilities
Comprehensive hall infrastructure including dedicated high-voltage power lines, continuous compressed air supply, high-speed Wi-Fi, and material handling gear will be available during all setup and show days.
